The RockyMounts Hooligan will quickly become your go-to every-adventure lock and for a good reason. The Hooligan is 40" of hardened steel chain wrapped in a soft nylon sheath. The lock head is covered in a soft-touch silicone material to prevent dings and scratches to your bike.

It's long enough to lock both your frame and a front / rear wheel to ensure your bike is safe and secure. Additionally, the cable is long enough to wear as a belt but has a small footprint when folded up, perfect for storing in a bag.

The Hooligan is a staff favorite of ours and comes with us on all our bike adventures!
