The Treeline Tamarack Rooftop Tent is a great choice for anyone who is looking for the highest quality softshell tent out there. This tent features a heavier 380g Polycotton ripstop making it more durable and insulated, meaning you can use it year-round.
At 153lbs, the Tamarack opens up opportunities for individuals with smaller vehicles to carry a rooftop tent. Additionally, it comes in well under the 165lbs mark, which is what many roof rack bars are rated for in terms of dynamic (moving) load.
As with any other roof-mounted accessory, check your vehicle's owner's manual to ensure your roof is rated for the load you are applying.
