Tent is in fair condition. It was an ex rental tent, it has no rips in the body canvas or fly. Travel cover is still in good shape and does not leak.
The shoe bags have some Knicks but still work great.

The Treeline Mesquite Rooftop Tent is a great choice for anyone who is looking for a lighter tent better-suited for spring-thru-fall weather. It features lighter 280g Polycotton ripstop making it 31lbs less than the ruggedized Ponderosa.
At 142lbs, the Mesquite opens up opportunities for individuals with smaller vehicles to carry a rooftop tent. Additionally, it comes in well under the 165lbs mark, which is what many roof rack bars are rated for in terms of dynamic (moving) load.
As with any other roof-mounted accessory, check your vehicle's owner's manual to ensure your roof is rated for the load you are applying.
